A Tur-Duc-Hen!!! For those of you who are not familiar with the Turducken... thats a chicken, stuffed in a duck, stuffed in a turkey!! Its quite the Southern delicacy.. and I've never actually had one!! I must admit, I never thought that my first time eating Turducken would be when I cooked it myself! I guess the more pressing question is who sends a frozen gigantic turkey thing to a high rise building in Houston?!?!? Ahhh Christmas.... its a great time to be in the oil industry... Soooo many presents!!

My BU's Christmas Party is tonight, but I've heard nothing but blah things about it... Two drink ticket maximum per person, assigned seating that doesn't seat you with anyone you actually work with, no where near enough food... (Hey at least I look at my Christmas Party invite, the Hubbys goes straight into the trash, unopened!!) So, we decided to head out for dinner just the two of us instead... Yummy!
